- No questions asked during the refund period
- Refund will be processed to the original payment method
2.2 Pro Plan (Annual Subscription)
- Full refund available within 7 days of initial purchase
- No refunds after the 7-day period
- You may cancel anytime to prevent future billing
- Access continues until the end of your current billing period
2.3 Enterprise/Team Plans
Refunds for enterprise and team plans are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us directly to discuss your situation.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Your registered email address
- Order/transaction ID (from your receipt)
- Date of purchase
- Reason for refund (optional, but helps us improve)
- Wait for confirmation - We'll review your request within 1-2 business days
- Receive your refund - Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
4. Refund Processing
4.1 Processing Time
- Razorpay (India): 5-7 business days
- LemonSqueezy (International): 5-10 business days
4.2 Refund Method
Refunds are always processed to the original payment method:
- Credit/Debit cards: Credited back to the same card
- UPI: Credited to the same UPI account
- Net Banking: Credited to the same bank account
- PayPal: Credited to the same PayPal account
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may not be granted in the following situations:
- Request made after the 7-day refund period
- Account terminated due to Terms of Service violations
- Fraudulent or abusive refund requests
- Multiple refund requests from the same user
- Promotional or discounted purchases (at our discretion)
6. Cancellation vs Refund
Cancellation
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing but does not trigger a refund. You retain access until your current billing period ends.
Refund
A refund returns your payment and immediately revokes access to paid content. Refunds are only available within the 7-day window.
7. After Refund
After a refund is processed:
- Your account will be downgraded to the Free tier
- Access to paid content will be revoked
- Your learning progress data will be retained
- You can re-purchase at any time in the future
